Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of NEOZZZ Autopilot (the "Product"), sold by NEOZZZ ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Product you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

NEOZZZ Autopilot is a one-time-purchase digital product: a guided, seven-stage system delivered as an Obsidian vault and Claude Code workflow files that helps you turn your own knowledge into a structured digital product. It is a tool and a process, not a course, a service, or a guarantee of any outcome.

2. Payments and merchant of record

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for this sale. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT collection where applicable, and issues your receipt. Your card details are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store them.

3. License

Once purchased, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the Product or its files (templates, prompts, instructions, or the system itself) as your own product or as part of another paid offering.

4. AI accounts are not included

Autopilot is designed to be used alongside Claude Code. Access to and usage costs for that AI tool are your own responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

5. No outcome guarantees

The Product helps you build and structure a digital product. It does not guarantee sales, income, an audience, or any specific business result. Any examples shown are illustrative, not promises.

7. Changes to the Product

We may update, improve, or modify the Product (content, prompts, workspace files) over time. Where reasonably possible, purchasers get access to updates to the version they bought at no extra cost.

8. Limitation of liability

The Product is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product, including decisions made using AI-generated output.
