This page explains what personal data NEOZZZ collects when you use neozzz.com or the Free Product Finder, and when you purchase NEOZZZ Autopilot.
1. What we collect
- Email address — if you submit it through the Free Product Finder, so we can send you your result and occasional related emails.
- Purchase and billing information — collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor and merchant of record) when you buy Autopilot. We receive your email and order details from Lemon Squeezy, but never your full card details.
- Basic attribution data — such as UTM parameters or a referring source, used only to understand which channel a visit or purchase came from.
The free NEOZZZ preview workspace itself stores your project data (your inputs and saved stages) locally in your browser via localStorage. That data is never sent to our servers.
2. Why we collect it
To deliver the Free Product Finder result, to fulfill and support your purchase, to respond to support requests, and to understand which marketing channels are working (in aggregate, not to profile individuals).
3. Who we share it with
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing, tax collection, and receipts.
- Resend — our transactional email provider, used to deliver Finder results and related emails.
- Vercel — our hosting provider, which may log standard request data (IP address, user agent) for security and performance.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Marketing emails
If you give us your email (through the Finder or a purchase), we may occasionally send you product updates or related emails. We never sell or share your email with third parties for their own marketing. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and opting out takes effect immediately — no dark patterns, no "are you sure" loops.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you (mainly your email address) at any time by writing to pablovenencia530@gmail.com.
6. Retention
We keep email and order-related data for as long as needed to provide support and meet accounting/tax obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
