Refund Policy

We want you to buy NEOZZZ Autopilot because it's useful to you, not because you felt stuck with it.

7-day money-back guarantee

If NEOZZZ isn't right for you, email pablovenencia530@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order email or receipt, and we'll refund you in full. Tell us briefly what didn't work — we read every message and use it to improve the Product, but we're not going to interrogate you.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refund requests are reviewed individually rather than issued automatically — we typically respond within 1–2 business days. Once approved, Lemon Squeezy issues the refund back to your original payment method, which usually appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

What happens after a refund

Once refunded, your license to use the Product ends and you should stop using the Autopilot workspace or files for new work. Anything you already built using the Product before refunding remains yours.

Fair use

This guarantee is meant for genuine cases where the Product didn't work for you — not as a free trial. We review each request and can decline it in cases of clear abuse: for example, a request made after every stage has already been completed and every deliverable downloaded, or a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same account. Legitimate requests are approved without friction; abuse patterns are not.
